Delivery Areas
We currently ship to Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and the United States. We are actively expanding to cover more European destinations. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Shipping Times
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on business days are usually processed the same day. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery destination. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75. Express shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through our carrier's website.
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items such as wine bottles are shipped in specially designed protective packaging. We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
