How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are also available at checkout for faster delivery.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. We work directly with Georgian producers and artisans to source genuine, high-quality products. Every item in our store comes from verified Georgian suppliers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Revolut Pay. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your delivery in real time.

What if my order arrives damaged?
